Holiday season is in full swing and that means stores are coming out with their Holiday Collections and I’m partnering with American Eagle to bring you some amazing outfits and can’t wait to show you all I have in store this season.
You can never go wrong with a plaid shirt and some super cute white jeans. Now these are a little off white and I love them, the hem on the bottom of the jeans is super cute and they fit amazing! I love bringing a little white into holiday where it just brightens everything up instead of always being dark colors. This pairs so cute with the shirt and with the color of these boots it all just comes together. You could totally dress this outfit up with some heels and a fur vest which I might also do in another post, I just thought of that… this shall come soon!
Ya’ll need to go check out American Eagle’s Holiday Collection, it is absolutely wonderful and I want every single piece, LOVELY Items.
They are also doing 30% off through the weekend so go snag some awesome pieces!!!

Hello lovelies. Today I’m bringing you all black again, But with a twist. Each item here I think is a statement piece, normally they say don’t pair statement pieces with other statement pieces. Here I find it okay. When an outfit is all black I find that mixing these pieces together really makes the outfit pop and stand out. Another tip I have for all black outfits is mix and match your fabrics and textures, this will help everything to not blend together so much for it being one color. I love dressing up these outfits with some fun funky jewels, this choker really caught my eye and I can see it being worn with so many different outfits.
Although these pieces are a little on the pricey side, they are so worth it because again staple pieces are a must to have in your wardrobe, you could even pair this jacket with some cute jeans and booties and take it real casual. Trust me, you won’t be disappointed.
I’ve been doing way too much shopping at Nordstrom lately, but they always have great finds, ALWAYS!
I’ve been looking for this purse for YEARS! I’m so dissapointed Marc Jacobs discontinued this line because the ‘Petal To The Metal’ range was GORGEOUS! I recently found this baby on Nordstrom Rack, Honestly I highly recommend checking there every once in a while because you won’t believe what you might find and when I came across this one I NEEDED IT!
Hope you all enjoyed and stay tuned for an AWESOME POST TOMORROW:)
Hello lovelies. I bring to you today an all black outfit, now working at MAC more than half my closet is all black and I wanted to incorporate more of it here on my blog and show you how to style and all black outfit, because I do sometimes find my ownself in a rut putting outfits together. Having to wear it the last three years to work though really made me test my fashion knowledge and think outside of the box, there are so many fun things to do with black pieces and it has really made me step outside of the box. I highly encourage getting maybe three staple black pieces for your closet that are more focal points because with those pieces there is a world of options.
Back in the day I would have never chosen to purchase these pants let alone actually wear them, But I’m SO glad that I did. These are so flattering and so comfortable for those long working days. Can be casual and you can dress them up and make them a little more edgy like I did here. I have so much more to show you with styling black clothes, this is just the beginning. For the longest time I wanted to NEVER wear all black on my blog since that’s my time to wear everything else that’s not black but honestly, It’s about time I do it. Thank you all for reading, stay tuned this week is FULL OF FASHION:)

Alright it’s about time I write this post.
On October 22nd Clark Beckham from American Idol Season 14 came all the way from Nashville to my lil’ ole small town in Washington to perform for a fundraiser for my work.
This weekend was absolutely amazing, and for planning my first event with the help of my amazing Family it could not have gone better. Now let me tell you a little bit about what it was for.
At MAC Cosmetics they have a line of lipsticks called Viva Glam and every year they have a new spokesperson for the lipstick… i.e Miley Cyrus, Ariana Grande, Rihanna, Elton John. 100% of the selling price of each lipstick or gloss purchased goes to a man, woman or child living with or affected by AIDS/HIV. That $17 does so much for someone. This is something that is not talked about enough and is still stigmatized. There are 36 million people in the US alone living with this. In my county alone there is only ONE facility that can treat people with this disease. How terrible is that. Not to mention you have to have enough money to be able to get treated, which is SO crazy expensive that people living with this can’t afford to get treated properly.
The MAC AIDS Fund has raised over $500 million just by selling Viva Glam. This money goes back out to someone living with it, it doesn’t go to research, it helps someone every single day.
NOW it is our turn to raise money. I, being the Viva Glam Ambassador came up with the idea on a whim for this concert, Didn’t think it could possible happen, I was joking at the time. I met Clark last year at the American Idol Tour and then got in contact with him and everything kind of fell into place after that and after a lot of hard work and planning.
I knew Clark would be the perfect person for this event because his personality and heart just consume the room. He is the most inspirational soulful person I have ever met. His musical talent and songwriting just wows and amazes me every time. I can’t say I’ve been in a room filled with so much love and joy that there was that night. He even inspired me to pick up my guitar after YEARS of not playing and I’ve never been more inspired to keep doing what I love. PLEASE look up his music on Youtube and iTunes you will be blown away.
I definitely can’t wait to do this again because it was so eye opening and I’ve learned so much putting this event together that I just want to do it all over again.
Everything that we raised in ticket sales will be DONATED AND MATCHED BY MAC COSMETICS. For a small town and little time to sell tickets we raised $1800.
All I can say is Thank you. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.
I think Fall colors are my favorite colors to wear. They are just so rich and inviting. I’ve been loving wearing this rusty color with burgundy. I know most people would be scared to wear the two combo together but honestly they work really well together and they really make one another pop! Pairing these rich dark brown boots with the two colors just tie everything together. There are so many great rust colored pieces this year it’s just so hard not to buy them all.
I feel like this fall I’ve really had so much fun putting outfits together because I haven’t stuck to one thing and/or Trend which I have talked about before in a previous post, But it really makes putting pieces together so much fun, because there’s no boundaries, I’ve bought some very out there pieces too that I would have never bought had I not broken the idea of sticking to one style/trend. I’m so excited to share even more with you all. This outfit was definitely on the more casual side today, but I hope you enjoy:)
ALSO This super cool website called ‘Ditto’ Is the coolest place to rent sunglasses for only $24 a month. You can swap them out ANYTIME you want to and wear them as long as you want. There are amazing designer sunglasses and prescription glasses on there which is so cool, go sign up today!:)
Here are my Halloween looks from work this weekend.
The first was a Nutcracker, we had a theme day this day because of our Holiday collection called Nutcracker sweet, LOVED this one. Also you guys need to check out this collection, all of the sets are so amazing and beautiful this year. Very amazing deals for your money as well, you do not want to miss out!
The next pictures we were just fairies this day, I would have done more but ran out of time this day, so you can’t go wrong with just throwing glitter everywhere. This glitter is from one of our holiday pigment sets as well;)
My next photo was from today and I was a “Dead Flapper” I actually felt really cute in this get up today, Haha What I did to create this was I just mixed a way too light for me foundation(Matchmaster 1.0) and MAC Strobe Cream and it gave a SUPER white cast then set it with studio translucent face powder! I just mixed a bunch of black red and brown shadows together and made my eyes look bruised and dead looking, super easy to achieve and throw a dark lip (MAC Liptensity Stallion) and you’re a dead Flapper!
Last set of pictures I was a Sugar Plum Fairy. I basically did everything pink and glittery, all down my neck I put pink glitter. I wore a bodysuit and a black tulle skirt and we all wore wings this day:)
