Have you ever felt stuck? Like you just weren’t progressing in your career, life, relationships whatever the case may be. Just Stuck in general? I find myself getting stuck a lot within my career and most people aren’t as open as I am about things and topics like this. I have chosen a very difficult career path, one that requires non stop hard work, long nights, working with all different types of people, learning and growing and failing and succeeding. I also find myself getting stuck with waiting on other people, and being surrounded by people who are holding me down and keeping me from succeeding. As someone who never ventures out to stand up for myself in these situations because I’m too nice, I’m learning that the only person that can do anything about it is myself. You can always count on yourself, Never rely on anyone else, because you will only have your hopes up to be let down. You know what you want. You are more capable than you think and you know how to get where you want to be. This post was suppose to be more about breaking your comfort zones but I just was feeling very stuck as of recently. As quickly as I want my career to move and do things it just doesn’t happen that way and I have to be okay with that and be patient. All good things take time and making music takes time. Making good music takes time and all my heart and soul are going into everything I’m singing. I have some really amazing opportunities coming up that I can’t wait to share with you all. I’m so excited but I can’t say anything just yet, I promise you will all know when I can share! So…. Stay tuned for that announcement… Soon.

Happy Monday everyone!!! Today is the start of FALL OUTFITS!!! So as many of you know, I’m in Arizona and it’s definitely going to be a struggle finding some fall outfits that I don’t die in, but I’m gonna do it to fit the season here! As I did with this outfit, since it’s still 90+ degrees we are transitioning with fall colors. I’m obsessed with this burnt Orange color right now, it’s so beautiful and it compliments literally everyone! This bodysuit is so versatile as well and comes in a few other colors. I’ve already worn it with so many different bottoms! For those of you who have similar body type to me I feel like plunging necklines are super flattering because I don’t really have much “shape” to my body, so I’ve been loving this type of neckline! Pairing this outfit with my fave jeans right now as well as the belt I haven’t stopped wearing! I love Free People Jeans, they’re some of my faves and they don’t wear out, which I love. They hold their shape as well!

I hope you guys enjoyed this outfit and have a great start to your week!! ūüôā

Living In Kimonos

BODYSUIT: American Eagle SHORTS: American Eagle SHOES: Nordstrom Rack KIMONO: Free People

WELCOME!!!! I hope you all enjoy this outfit, You guys let me tell you the struggle it has been taking photos outside in Arizona in this heat. It’s so hard haha because we just about die and we take the photos in the evening so we have to kind of hurry before the sun goes down. Besides that, this kimono is giving me life lately. I’ve literally been wearing it with every outfit because it kind of just makes the outfit. Plus with it being super hot obviously I can’t wear sweaters or cardigans and this is the perfect alternative because it’s so light weight and it comes in like 5 other colors, so I need to buy them all asap! haha

The bracelets again in this photo are courtesy of Kendra Scott, LOVE Them. They are so fun to stack with my other bracelets as well as watches and Coming soon is styling the necklace they also sent me, I’m just waiting on the photos so be patient ya’ll.

ALSO I go home next Thursday you guys for a week!!! WOW it’s gonna be kinda crazy and busy as I have to see so many people there and so much to do. It’s gonna be weird though, because I haven’t gone home obviously since I moved and it’s gonna be weird!!!

I’m so excited to see my best friends and family though it’s gonna be so great. I’m super excited to share with everyone, a sneak peak of the music I’ve been working on, because I’m so proud of it and excited about everything. I will also be documenting seeing Steven Tyler when I can because that’s going to be so amazing and I’ve never been more excited to see someone live before!! AHHHHHh

MAC Work Weekend

So this last weekend I got to do something very very cool. Me and one of the girls I work with Sam, got sent over to this festival to represent MAC. This particular Macy’s didn’t sell any MAC and they waned to try and get it over in that region. What we did was we set up our little station right outside the Macy’s and did quick eye demos and lips, it was so great and definitely advanced my skill as an artist. When there’s a lot of people wanting their eyes done waiting you don’t have much time, so we got very quick at our demos. The people there though were so nice and friendly, it’s amazing how different little cities can be. The Macy’s there was so different and cool, it was in an old theatre and was so quaint, it made it way more fun to shop, seeing as it was so different from any other Macy’s.¬†
So working with MAC, as you know we have to wear all black, so as my outfit for the first day, my dress was from Nordstrom Rack, Leather Vest is vintage (Aka super old) from Nordstrom, and booties are also from Nordstrom Rack.
After our shift ended we went and got all dressed up and took pictures around town.
That outfit I changed my skirt and shirt, skirt is from Bethany Mota’s clothing line and tank top is from American Eagle.¬†
I’ll be back with a second post for outfits for the second day.¬†
